A quick call to understand your project, timeline, and budget range. If it’s a fit, we book an on-site consult.
2. On-Site Consultation & Concept
We walk through your home, talk through options, and flag potential risks. You get straight feedback, not a sugar-coated sales pitch.
3. Design, Scope & Budget
We work with you (and designers/engineers when needed) to nail down layout, selections, and a detailed scope with a realistic budget.
4. Build & Weekly Updates
Our team manages trades, inspections, and schedule. You get regular updates, clear change orders, and predictable billing.
5. Walk-Through & Warranty
We walk the job with you, create a deficiency list, and make it right. Then we stand behind the work with a clear warranty.

Belmont & Co. is an owner-run building company serving Central Alberta. We focus on major home renovations, additions, and custom homes for families who want solid craftsmanship and a builder who actually shows up when they say they will.
We keep our project load small so an owner is involved from first walk-through to final handover. One of us leads the work on site and manages trades; the other handles planning, budgeting, and communication so you always know where your project stands.
We care about the details you see and the ones you don’t—structure, waterproofing, and how everything ties together long-term. The goal is simple: do the job right, be straight about numbers and timelines, and earn the call for your next project.
